98 Forrester, doing front end, need torques

Hi Everyone,

I'm swapping in a front hub/bearing assembly in a '98 Subaru Forrester. Can anyone give me the following torque specs:

ball joint to control arm strut to hub tie rod ball joint to hub axle bearing
