It's still one ugly vehicle, probably always will be. At least it's not the ugliest auto made...that distinction goes to the Baja. TG

I am still amazed they even still make the Baja. Sales have been horrible and they continue to decline. Even adding the turbo didn't help things much. Sometimes you just have to admit you screwed up!

Will be interesting to see what scoop they throw on the GT... seems they get bigger every year across the range!

Years ago when doing automotive resins r&d, I was told that some of the most expensive pieces of automotive manufacturing equipment were the metal stamping dies. You might need as many as 3 dies to form one part and they cost ~$8 million each, maybe double today. I'm glad there are not that many changes in the Forester. Who wants to look like they are driving an old car every model year? Frank

The Baja is ugly, but not even in the same league as a Scion XB or a Mercedes G-class.

What with CAD and huge 5-axis CNC mills they might actually be cheaper. But I'll bet they're still not cheap.

You'd think that as long as they were going to bother to change the looks, they'd make it look good... It's amazing how many variations on ugly they come up with.
