There are no ISPs that seriously investigate abuse allegations. They've all taken a strictly hands-off approach when it comes to USENET.

I'm sorry that it was brought here, but as I stated he came here posting as me and it was brought to my attention by someone else. He is posting as me in a bunch of other groups he frequents. He must be in love with me or something.

Not in my experience. If you click on the 'show options' link next to the poster's name, you can report abuse on this NG. I've done and seen posts disappear shortly thereafter.
