If you're asking what it costs the dealer to do this, I don't know. If you're asking what it costs the customer to do this at a dealer, my dealer (Evanston, IL) replaced our timing belt for $319 with a coupon (we have the 2.5L in an Outback, but the coupon was valid on any Subaru). If I recall correctly, the water pump was another $150 parts and labor while the belt was off. I don't recall the itemized costs, but we also replaced the belt tensioner and one of the seals (I assume the head gasket). All told, I think the bill was about $750.
