90 cavelier z24 strange pop sound when turning right, going up slants.

Sometimes when I am turning right (it seems to be consistantly when I'm turning right, but I'm not 100% sure of this) I'll hear this sort of popping sound, that sounds like metal hitting metal. Usually this will only happen when I have a lot of people in the car.

More often, when I'm going up a slant (not limited to just turning right). like a bad driveway with a big bump, even if I'm going somewhat slowly, I'll hear this same noise. It seems to me like some sort of problem with either the suspension, or perhaps the wheel/axle itself.

Has anyone experianced this problem before? I'm looking to figure out what's wrong, and how much it's going to cost me to get it fixed.

I'm also looking to find out how serious of a problem it is, the suspension in the car seems responsive enough, and I don't really drive all that often, only once a week perhaps. But if this is a sign that something major is going wrong maybe I shouldn't be driving around like this.

I've already been hearing this noise for at least a year of not driving but around once a week, and it hasn't gotten noticably worse.
