I have a 93 ford crown vic, im having transmission troubles. when the car is cool you couldnt ask for the car to shift any better, but after about 10-15 min. of driving the tranny will slip, from a starting point will slip and then jam into gear, the overdrive will slip out of gear at road speeds, i have changed the fluids and filter and i have no trouble codes stored(no check engine light on) is it time for a rebuild? i have never seen a transmission act as such. any advice i could get would be helpful.

You may need a new radiator.
Have it checked, by a REPUTABLE mechanic.
could it be an electronic problem, something kicking-out, a spurious signal or an electronic device crashing?
and again it might be the converter, when the "fins" get hot, they become too whippy.

Maybe that was just a very subtle joke;>)
