How vehicle speed is related to adaptive front lighting system? Can you suggest a logic to relate swiveling angle,Vehicle speed and Steering angle

My guess is that a higher speed would result in less rotation of the beam into the turn because of the need to light thre road ahead as well. Here's an interesting article:
