She forgot to mention that she was going down a steep 2 mile hill at the time, and drafting an 18 wheeler.

The law firm of Dewey, Cheatham and Howe.

Was she a blonde? Maybe they ought to put some sort of a sensor in those cars that will sense when a woman is driving and put the power brakes in a Super Duper power brakes mode.Or throw out the Anchor.

Here's the steep hill,

Now the bull starts, and you are the one starting it. Did you know 70% of Toyotas complaints for self acceleration don`t even cover the recalled cars, that is from Toyotas own internal documents. And of course you were with the lady when her occurance happened, so you Know its bull for a fact.

In an effort to change the "boring to drive" image, Toyota was partnering with Subaru to build more exciting cars. Well, they really did it. Toyota cars are now extremely exciting.

A woman testified before Congress that when her Toyota began accelerating uncontrollably she "put the car in neutral and it had no effect, I stepped on the brakes and it had no effect, I applied the emergency brake and it had no effect, I even tried to put the car into reverse and I couldn't."

Huh? Putting the car in neutral had no effect? Someone provide with with a clue on this one.

BTW< the car was a Lexus.

I missed the drafting part...

I wound *never* trust a claim like this from *any* corporation. Fox, henhouse etc Ben

Is it as steep as this?

GM stock from 1965-ish to present.

Gee, ransley...putting it in neutral didn't stop it...using the brakes didn't stop it...using the e-brake didn't stop it?

Either she's full of s*it, or (more likely) should probably be riding the bus.

Or both.

I never watch those 24/7 so-called ''news'' tv programs. cuhulin

nah, she's riding the wallet of the people paying her to perjure herself.

Nah, that's the correct data pertaining to Global Warming...

Like the time Mike J Fox didn't take his medication for two or three days so his Parkinson's would be more pronounced.

She said God miraculously slowed down her car, but why did God make it speed out of control in the first place?

Also she said she phoned her husband during the incident, which tells me she's not the brightest bulb (ex-social worker) or calmest hand.

Ah, so you are a dittohead. Explains a lot.

Hey, I know that. I really don't blame him, and I thought it was awful of Rush to poke at him that way.

I understand Fox did it to show the full effect of the disease. My step father had it, and by the time they drugged him up enough to stop the trmoring, he was completely out of it.

Mike has my best wishes for sure. It is a horrible disease. But I knew why he did what he did, in order to get his point across. And believe me, it worked for me.

I may be a Conservative, but I DO have a HEART, ya know!

Why I don't believe you could ruin a transmission by mewrely full throttle shifting?

I'm sure you're not telling us something. like the lady who just couldn't stop her Lexus, no matter what. Riiight.

And what does being a DH have to do with it? I saw Fox on CNN (there's an oxymoron...) before Limbaugh even mentioned it, and I did NOT agree with Limbaugh on it. I have relatives with Parkinson's.

so there.
