with "development costs" doubtless funded by the good-ole taxpayer, with our financial champions in the whitehouse doubtless unaware that g.m. have had diesel opels and vauxhalls in europe for nearly 30 years so their real costs are actually zero. way to go "government motors", keep sucking on that taxpayer teat.
