Temperature sensing devices have differing mV outputs w/r/t temperature, based on the construction of the device and the materials used in the device. Common sensors include Thermocouples, Thermistors, Resistance (RTDs), IR Thermometers, Optical Pyrometers, Radiation Meters, Thermal Imagers, Fiberoptic, Semiconductors, Phase Change Devices, and Bimetallics.
