Just imagine what an FAA forced bill for maintenance would come to if you spend more than 10 minutes or so taxiing it to a nearby runway.
That ain't a DIY kit and is strategically priced out of reach of the majority of the populace to eliminate the problems such as the rush hour in the sky.
