Someone know the milage for timing belt replacement on a 94 Sidekick (16v) and if the engine is an "interference" type that bends the valves if the timing belt breaks?

it likely depends on the kind of timing belt more than on the kind of vehicle. the belts all seem to be pretty much the same and recommend replacing at 100,000 km (60,000 mi)
