Variouse intake manifold fittings???

There is a rather large fitting right below the throttle-body mounting pad. It is about the size of the fuel inlet and return fittings on the throttle-body unit, but is directly on the intake. Does anyone know what this fitting is for???

The is also another large threaded fitting way in the back of the manifold, next to the distributor. It kind of looks like it goes to a coolant passage but I'm not sure. It doesn't seem to be a heater-hose fitting, because there is no nipple, just a female threads. Does anyone know what this fitting is for.

Also, there is a small fitting next to the ignition-coil. Is is shaped like a hexagon and screws into the manifold. Comming off of it is a single nipple-type fitting. Does anyone know what this fitting is for???
