Hi, my 2009 Highlander Ltd. came with roof rack side rails and I want to install cross bars the OEM ones only support a maximum of 100lbs, so I'm thinking about Yakima Low rider with 58" crossbars. Anybody have any other suggestions?

Any cross bars that you add to the factory side rails, whether Yakima or Thule, will be limited to the 100 lb capacity of the factory side rails. The capacity will reduce the chance that the weight will deform the roof or pull out of the roof.
If you are going to carry more than 100 lbs, get an aftermarket rack with a higher capacity that clears the factory side rails.
