It started working after I bought and replaced the fuse box under the dash, while sitting on driver seat look at the left where all the fuses go. You don't have to replace the fusses but you will have to replace that whole assembly. I changed it my self and was not very hard to change. I bought it from used parts place for around $80 or $90 I cant remember exactly at what price.
