car has no spark,have checked everything except ECM how do i do that without a handheld device to use? Thanx Mike

To check the ECM, you will need a factory service manual and a volt meter. You may be able to access the information online at Toyota's technical information site

When you say you "checked everything," are you using OEM ignition parts? Did you check the igniter, high tension wires, plugs, etc.? How did you check them?
