I think it was, initially, but Outlook Express has a nasty habit of stripping an OT that's marked thusly:

How about Republican Congressman Jeff Flake? He's long called for dropping the trade boycott and maybe even normalization of diplomatic relations. He's from Snowflake, Arizona, a town named after a Mr. Snow and Mr. Flake. Hey, at least Snowflake is a better name than Nellie's Nipples (Texas? Wyoming?).

I wasn't kidding about the plastic rectum. Something went wrong with Fidel's surgery, so one was installed.
