Although the Accord is currently outselling the Camry and Nissan sales are eating into both Toyota and Honda, the competition that the Japanese manufacture are most concerned about are not other Japanese corporations vehicles. They are worried sick of what is coming from other far eastern countries like Korea and China that can easily compete with them in ALL markets, not just the US. THEY have the same advances in the much lower costs of materials and labor as do the Japanese, unlike US manufactures, particularly those outside the worlds largest market in the US. ;)
