Why didn't you get an IS300?

Same engine as the Supra (basically), 3.0 Liter VVTi Fire Breathing Monster, decent handling and all in a good looking package.

We had one at the Toy dealer I was working at in Oght-five, the Hatch version with paddle shifters. Woooooo-Hoooooo!!!!

Definitely *NOT* a boring car!

Boring compared to a Bimmer. Shifting sucks. Handling sucks. The car's weight distribution sucks. I'd rather have the old Supra.

I'm not sure about the new IS350s as I haven't driven the newest incarnation. Reviews still have it lacking compared to a BMW, but getting closer yet.

The new Infiniti G37 turned my head the other day. A nice, upgraded subtle re-issue of the G35.

But at least it won't be in the shop semi-monthly.....

Nope. Our Camry has spent more time in the shop than both BMWs together.

That's pretty bad. What are the first 2 characters in the VINs?

Maybe the body shop due to accidents caused by driver error =)

To be clearer to those in need, the visits were for mechanical problems.

What G37?? maybe your talking about the 350Z.

Nope. An Infiniti G37 -

Not even close. Dimensions are far larger on the Infiniti, without the kidney-busting ride of the Z.

Wheelbase of the Z is 104", the G37's at 112 for starters.

One of these fer me, please!

250 MPH out of the box!!!!

JT=Japan make. Usually higher quality than those made elsewhere. I thought you were going to come back with a 4T, which is Kentucky...

I specifically looked for the JT before making the purchase in 1998. Maybe a 4T would have served us better.

Um, $80,000 out of the box, too! But not every dealer will get ONE, and most will get ONE. So expect the out-the-door price to be more like $140 Large...

Me too. I always look for a JT. In your case, unfortunately, it backfired...
