How Does This Sound for the Cost for New Front Sway Bars?

$130, including parts & labor.

Sounds reasonable to me.

Sounds like used or aftermarket parts. What kind of vehicle?

A used sway bar and the link bars would be okay, the spring steel might have a fatigue life but if the car isn't driven in off-road rallyes it's way down the road.

As long as the rubber mount cushions and the rubber links at the ends were new - that's what wears with age. And if he put used ones in, expect to change them in another 5 to 10 years. You'll probably get an odd squeak or clunk on suspension action when they get sloppy.

PS: Top posting fixed, this isn't Jeopardy and I ain't Alex Trebek. Question, then answer. Please take notes, Mr. Yohman.
