Everyone except you.
Everyone except you.
Your reasoning gives people a free pass to write ANYTHING, no matter how poor the spelling and vocabulary choices, and puts the onus of deciphering it on the reader. That's absurd.
You are absurd.
I'm just clarifying what YOU wrote.
Heh - what, like "surly" instead of "surely" above?! Jeez....

Makes me wonder about who is teaching
You are correct, I forgot the commas.
Cathy, surly, you are smarter than a fifth grader? LOL

"Truly" non-profit? No. HMOs need to have an income to provide their services.
But, there are different levels of "Non-Profit", too. Lots os Non-Profits are allowed to maintain a cash buffer for unexpected expenses, new hiring, etc. Esp in the case of an HMO, there are LOTS of exceptions.
But the way things are now, being run by management companies, etc, the focus is on the Bottom Line; and the bottom line is, the patients gtets screwed.
If I were my mother's Friend's daughter, I'd be suing the CRAP out of an HMO, since her mother died from something a simple test would have found.
My bet is the doctor never ordered the test due to 'incentives'...
