OT on Rush's show today...

On Today's Show: Rush reviews the Democrat candidates' Press Conference. (They called it a debate.) They all ran against Bush. The biggest gaffes? The silence from Edwards on "Who's your moral leader?" Hillary got kudos as the only major candidate to say she would retaliate if Al-Qaeda nuked two US cities. SC Flash poll: Obama 31%, Hillary 24% and Breck Girl at 14%. Senator Gravel was the top nutjob.

Barack Obama's answer to a terrorist attack scenario was amazing in its lack of depth and understanding. Hillary said she'd retaliate quickly. Pat Buchanan thought she was at the top of her game with that answer, calling her "Reaganesque." Rush plays the bites, and says she did have a good answer but only if you compare it to the tripe of the other candidates. She also said Wal-Mart is a "mixed blessing," because like all liberals, she thinks average Americans are too stupid to succeed without her.

A caller is happy that CNN's Michael Ware opposes an Iraq pull-out. Ware is virulently anti-US in his assessments of the Iraq War, but goes further to say the Democrats plan to leave Iraq would leave it in the hands of Iran and Al-Qaeda. Rush finds it interesting that because a reporter says what generals, the president and other leaders have maintained for years, suddenly the argument is valid. When General Petreaus says the same thing, it's discounted!

It's happened again. The UK Times: "The Great Black and White Hope." Another smear of Obama for being inauthentic, not down for the struggle, not black enough, etc. Of course, Rush will be the one tagged for being racist because he read an article from another race-obsessed liberal on the air!

Storefront psychics shut down using a seldom-enforced law. (I guess they didn't see it coming!) Goldie Hawn gets in trouble in Sweden over a "comfort shopping" ad.

Two talk show hosts at KVI in Seattle are cleared in court for failing to provide in-kind advocacy when they opined, on the air, against gas taxes. It's a huge ruling for Freedom of Speech, says Rush, and that means that the EIB Network is equal to the New York Times when it comes to political speech. Imagine that!

Amazing spin for Mrs. Bill Clinton's insulting, stereotypical dialect: She thinks it will be wonderful "when" she wins the Oval Office, because we'll have the first multilingual president. Is Hillary, "the Magic Caucasian"?

Rush Limberger nonsense clipped for brevity and sanity.

Thanks for the rundown on what the bloviator in chief said today ....I'm so impressed.

I'm surprised he's not working for the President, as court jester or something.
