Patent Infringement-but what about replacement parts?

Got a bad feeling about this. If the plaintiffs win does this mean spare parts for hybrids can't be imported? What a mess.

Usually these suits get settled. The small company rather have a royalty from Toyota than nothing even if the patent is valid which often it is not.
