The Dims knew what they were doing when passed that bill, they knew it was a bill that could not pass muster so they could get the uninformed, like you, to think the President was against "helping children" so the uninformed would vote to put more Dims in office
Search the Congressional Record and read the so called "childcare" bill and you too will know WHY he vetoed the bill. LOL
