That said, aren't people that Obama "has hired" like the tax fraud who knowing did not pay taxes worse?
This Democrat ethics stuff seems like you need to actually commit an illegal act to get hired, rather than think of one and not.

It does seem there are some odd perceptions with regards to ethics in Washington. No one on "Obama's Hiring Rules" that was circulated on the web would have been vetted nor seated if he had followed them to the letter.
Blago may have broken less laws legally than some Obama has already seated. Hillary comes to mind - but political insider trading is deemed legal inside the beltway per congressional/democratic ethics. Try it outside the beltway and you become a dangerous felon like Martha Stewart.
