I would like to use the Armor All Leather Wipes and Protection Wipes on = the interior of my 2002 Camry XLE but I can't tell where the leather = stop and the vinyl and plastic start.

Usually the 'front facing' bits ie the upper surfaces of the lower and upper squab. The sides and rear are vinyl, at least that's what Ford do with the LTD.
