Proud owner of 1990 V6 wagon. Yesterday went on a long drive, got to my destination and the fan motors did not stop running. Any suggestions on how to fix?......thanks

Was the AC on. They always run with the AC on.
Check the fuse. If there is an open circuit, the system is designed to run the fans by default. Keeps the thing from overheating incase something goes wrong.
There should be a relay either close or in the high-amp fuse box under the hood. It is porbably stuck closed causing the fans to run constantly. A less likely possibility is the temperature sender is sending a constant hot signal to ECM, it is the one with two wires. HTH, davidj92
