91 Camry - power windows & seatbelts don't work - can't find the fuse

Hello,



I purchased a 1991 Camry DX a month ago. I do not have the owners manual. A couple days ago the power windows and the seat belts stopped working. I've looked at all the fuses...they look good. I have no idea which one controls these components though....please help. If anyone has a diagram...please fax to 651-644-0661 - attn Dave.

Fuses can be bad and not look bad, the box is next to the battery, and fuses are on the battery. spares are in the box It could be a relay.
