Hi all,
I just purchased a 99 Camry LE and noticed that the turn signals work perfectly when the lights are off. When I turn the headlamps or parking lights on and have the right turn signal on, the right turn signal blinks rapidly. Turn the headlamps back off and the signal starts to blink normally. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

try cleaning the ground and contact points in the turn signal bulb sockets.
Thanks Daniel, that is exactly what it was. I removed the right front turn signal bezel and saw that the ground wire was somewhat corroded. Took it apart and cleaned it, put it back together and then cleaned the contacts as you suggested. Tried and it worked perfectly. Reassembled it and now everything is working great. Thanks again for the help, I really appreciate it.
