I have a 2006 Toyota Camry SE with a factory navigation system, which means that I have a single CD player.
I understand that Toyota makes a CD changer that is meant to be trunk mounted.
Does anyone know if this CD changer supports mp3 playback?

My understanding is, its the dash CD player that needs to be mp3 capable and not the changer.
Fair enough, but is there a way to tell if my in-dash unit is mp3 capable?

The best way to tell is to put in a MP3 CD and see if it can play. It won't harm your player if the CD can't be read.
