When I activate the electric locks the left rear window goes down an inch. Subsequent lock activation will continue to move the window down.

When I activate the electric locks the left rear window goes down an inch. Subsequent lock activation will continue to move the window down.
See if you can get the window to move if someone presses the electric lock control while you move the wiring bundle at the door hinge. If there's a short in there, would explain the current crossing over to the window motor.
