Finally need parts

Obviously the dealership - any dealership if there are more than one in your area of convienience-, online, most parts suppliers- in the US at Autozone or O'Reileys or Pep Boys- etc? My personal choice is usually the local parts house. The prices at the dealership are high but the parts are "genuine Toyota" or sometimes the only place where the proper part is available.

"Shop" online for "Toyota Parts" and then go to a dealer's site. Jaffarian's in Haverhill MA will give you an "Internet Discount" that in some cases may be substantial. Another good dealership to buy from is Champion in Texas. They will also give you an online discount if you ask.
