I have a 91 Camry, and ive got a good mech , honest, to work on it he has alot of employees . its a busy shop. One guy put it on the lift and put the lifts under the plastic floor under the driver and passenger seats and put holes in the floor. Should bondo be shoved in or what you recomend, I have worked with this mechanic for 20 yrs and am sure he will do what is , right , But how in the hell should I khow

Plastic floor --- is the the Matchbox version? The floor is
100% metal. NO ONE jacks a car up by the floor --- you use what little frame or chassis pieces are there. Tell him you'll take check for $500 damages. Your good will and repeat business is woth that -- he has insurance.
I had my Renault 10 in for a tyre repair. A younger person there who'd been around for 6mths or so, came up with a floor jack and proceeded to jack the back up (it was a rear-engined car). I leant down and observed the jack-head under the engine sump.
I don't go there anymore.

I believe the floor is part of the 'unibody' system (no frame) so I'd recommend welding in a couple of plates of the same guage metal to restore the strength to the floor / body.
Seal both sides with undercoating to prevent any future rust and water penetration.
Your garage may not want to file this under their insurance as it would cause them to lose any claims free discount - my guess is they would just pay it out of their own pocket.
Any under body part because it is subject to extreme wear and tear from the road, pebbles kicking up or even high heat from an exhaust should be metal. This includes your Rocker Panels which should be metal, unless otherwise designed, for crash safety.
