hi every one my question is how offten should i change the oil in my 2001 camry Le? my commute to work is aprox 50 mi each way, im changing it aprox every 3K miles. what i want to know is will it hurt the car if i change the oil every 5k miles or so. btw the motor is a 5s-fe 2.2L 4cyl automatic trans. t.i.a. mlr

Most certainly not. Use good quality synthetics and you can extend drain intervals even further.
