Go get the genuine Toyota parts. Wires and cap should be numbered. Plug #1 is closest to the front of the engine, (with the alternator). Aftermarket secondary ignition components have been known to cause problems - sometime later - when you try to remove them and the boot stays lodged deep inside the spark plug tube. Same with spark plugs, stay with factory spec., ND or NGK. Haynes manual is a good introduction to maintenance with photos. ~~~~~~~~ Please excuse me for saying so, but if you have to ask whether the order of installation for spark plug wires makes a difference - you probably need to learn more about basic automotive theory before you touch anything under the hood. ~~~~~~~~~ The firing order for your engine should be 1-3-4-2. The engine makes power by compressing a fuel air mixture in the cylinders and igniting the mixture at precisely the correct time. So the firing order needs to be coordinated with the pistons and valve opening. ~~~~~~~~~~ Electronic, computer controlled ignitions generate very high voltage, so exercise caution - potentially lethal under certain conditions. ~~~~~~~~~~ If you're changing the spark plug wires, there are a number of other maintenance services that may also be due. You can learn a great deal about keeping your car in top condition by reading and searching (by keyword) through these groups. Go slowly. Learn what and why you're doing first.
