Have 96 camry,sometimes when i go to start it up it just clicks or you here the starter spinning.Have to turn the key at least 5 times or more before it starts.Is it the starter or something else any ideas. thanks.

Sounds like the sloenoid. The solenoid is mounted on the starter and is what actuates the gear that engages the flywheel that starts the engine.
May just be easier to fit a remanufactured starter.
