Hi, 99 Camry LE.
I stopped at a stop sign and then drove forward, I heard something like water or liquid flowing in the front of my car. The car works fine, but every time I leave a stop sign, I hear the sounds. Is there some fluid that I should change or some container broken?

Is your AC on , then its condensate perhaps the drain hose is clogged

It happens, however, no matter the AC is no or not.
Then yes likley condensate isnt draining
Sounds like air in the cooling system. Just like a post from the day before on a 2k Camry with a watery noise.
