1998 Toyota 4Runner Steering Wheel

Does anyone out there know a good place to get a Oak colored leather wrapped steering wheel. I have worn through the leather on the steering wheel that is currently mounted on the column.

Any help would be appreciated!

How about getting a replacement stitch-on leather steering wheel cover?

Just out of curiosity... how do you wear through the leather on a steering wheel? :o) As someone else suggested, they have kits to wrap steering wheels with vinyl or leather with a leather or plastic lacing to secure it. They are fairly easy to apply and durable. Should the lacing break, just toodle on down to the craft store and get some more. It would be tons easier to do that than to replace a steering wheel (getting the darned wheel on perfectly straight is a pain, from experience!) Not to mention cost... renting or buying a steering wheel puller, steering wheel (at least $15 for aftermarket if you want a decent one) and what about airbags? Dee
