22RE Head gasket change

I think I need some help. Could somebody give me a step by step help on how to change a head gasket on a fuel injected 22RE engine. The truck is a



1988. I like to let you know that this is a first time experience for me. Hopefully I can do it due to I hear it can be expensive at a garage. Also some pics would be nice too. Thank-you in advance for your help in this matter. The truck has only 207,000 kms on it

Is there a reason to change the head gasket? If it blew then ya need to figure out why and check to ensure the head/block are not warped --- and the head is not corroded thru.
