Using parts from a salvage yard, what would I need to convert my '99 Taco to manual hubs??

I was actually one of the first to do this (on a 98 Taco). I worked with a company here in Colorado called Off Road Solutions. They made a kit for this, which is now carried in the performance products catalog. It has been 3 yrs, so my knowledge is rusty.
