Just wondering if anyone knows what wiring changes need to be made. Hopefully, just disregard the ECT module and that's it. any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Hey Chuck. I did the swap a little while ago and it came out great! Lots more power and fun now.

And, you can just leave the ECU and ECT computer alone. It'll run fine with the originals. The link I posted should answer any questions for you, but I'll help out if you need any more info.

Success. The combination of the new longblock and the manual make a huge difference. I'd bet the manual makes the most difference.
