under the hood of the truck, there is the check connecter, on the b+ should there be 12 volts and if so what is the problem that there isnt 12 volts, the volts is less then 3 its like 2.48 and the computer has 2.48 volts going into it

i also forgot to mention theres no power goin to the fuel pump

What engine do you have ? What is the voltage at the battery posts, not the battery cables ? You need to give a little more info on the reason it won't start. Does it turn over ? Is it getting spark ?

whoops its a 22re 2.4l efi there is spark but no fuel, the fuel pump didnt seem to be working, so i tried the check connecter under the hood, and still the pump wouldnt run, so i checked the volts on the b+ post in the check connecter and it showed 2.48 volts.

And what was the battery voltage when you checked it at the battery posts?

it was over 12 volts, i know its not the battery because it turns over fine
