Power steering pump growls when brake is applied and power steering does not work until warm (hot) how can I disable abs brake and only power the power steering? The abs brake gets its power from the power steering pump

It sounds to me like you just need a new power steering pump. Get one of these and the steering and brakes should be okay.
Having said that, powering the ABS from the power steering pump is not what I ould expect. I can't imagine that what you say is actually true, but if I looked at the arrangement of parts -- hoses and such -- I'd be able to see for myself.
The ABS should never function unless the braking is so aggressive as to lock up one or more tires. Under "normal" braking, the presence of ABS should be completely transparent. If the power steering is making noise under normal braking, I'd be looking for a vacuum leak. I haven't got a mental picture of how the braking and power steering are connected, but I would not expect ABS to be common to the steering system.
