Haynes manual has NOTHING about how the 4WD wprks or any troubleshooting.
History: 4wd high worked well, but wouldn't shift into 4wd low. The head gaskets blew last fall and the motor is finally back together. When the lever is shifted to 4wd low, you can hear a relay or two click, but the light doesnt come on, and spinning the rear tires confirms there isnt any 4wd.
Did the mechanic screw up wires or vacuum hoses that make it go when the heads were taken off?
