I am about to buy a 99 Tacoma with 42k miles. Is the remainder of the powertrn. Warranty transferable? Do I have to do anything?

Are Toyota Warranties Transferable?The factory warranty goes with the vehicle, not with the person. Is the powertrain warranty 5 years or 60,000 miles?...not much left of that five years.
