it's a matter of quality. My 95 escort just dropped another valve, a problem ford has known about for years and didn't fix.Motor's been down twice in 6 months plus a host of other problems from fuel pump to speedometer and dash instruments. One window won't roll up etc. My toyota truck has nearly 200K miles and still runs great Like I said, quality counts.
