vibration in 2nd and 3rd

i need some advice here, i recently replaced my rear differential seal in my 93 4cyl. 4x4 with

138k and since then i feel a vibration when i am coming to a stop in
2nd and 3rd gear. it stops when the clutch is pressed in, and also does it when shifting around 25 to 30mph. the dealer greased my u-joints and said it was that but it's still happening.

any advice?

First, check the phasing of the u-joints, the driveshaft may have been reinstalled improperly:

Then check for play in the u-joint, slip yoke and the pinion and transfer case flanges. Grab the shaft and see if you can feel any play up-down or side-side.
