That thing looks like it will blow over in a strong wind.

And did you read the 'fine print'?? They want more than the bid for so-called dealer charge!

"READ OUR TERMS OF SERVICE BEFORE YOU BID....BY BIDDING YOU ARE AGREEING TO THEM! Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback posted. We will also pursue you in court for $499 back out fee and attorney fees. You are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above, this has been and will continue to be upheld in a court of law. If you do not intend to purchase this item, do not bid! We strenuously discourage Bid Retractions and any retractions within the last 24 hours will be rejected. Each vehicle transaction is subject to a dealer charge of $199.00. This fee covers several costs we incur and is not negotiable nor is it waived to anyone (including dealers). By law, we must charge every customer in an equal manner, so please do not ask to be exempted from this policy. (We are happy to wholesale vehicles to dealers but, buying a car on ebay is NOT a wholesale transaction) BUYER is responsible for ANY & ALL fees, taxes, shipping costs etc. PLEASE ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY." They can't get away with that. If someone sends that link to ebay's immoderators the auction will be yanked.

actually its legal according to ebays terms of service...

it just can't be a "hidden" fee...
