It was 15 Euros when I got mine back in April and the exchange came out to $16.75 USD for me.

I read somewhere (thesamba?) that they take credit cards now.

That's true, they do. I emailed my CC info to them at the email address listed in that link and received the certificate in about 3 1/2 weeks. By sending the CC info, you're charged the exact exchange rate on the day it's processed.
