I have a 1975 bus and I'm looking for parts (a few body parts, exhaust and fuel parts, etc) Of course the internet is the obvious answer but I'm wondering if anyone can give me some advice on buying parts in Mexico. On prior trips there I've seen quite a few 1970's-looking vans, but they would seem to be virtually brand new. Did they manufacture a 1975-like bus until recent years? If so, what parts will be compatible and what will have changed?
I'm going there on vacation in a couple weeks and just wanted to know if it's worthwhile to see what I can round up. Any advice would be appreciated.
